Keyframe Services is looking for a Senior Digital Engineer to join our growing team and support the delivery of major infrastructure, aviation, commercial and health projects across Australia.
We are looking for someone who understands construction, coordination and project delivery - not just software. This role requires a proactive and reliable team member who can confidently engage with clients, lead coordination activities, manage digital deliverables, and help drive projects forward. About the Role
You will work closely with contractors, consultants, subcontractors and asset owners across live projects, supporting the delivery of high-quality Digital Engineering and BIM outcomes.
The role will include:
- BIM and Digital Engineering coordination
- Running and leading coordination meetings
- Clash detection and issue management
- Client-facing project support
- Asset data and information management
- Federated model management and reviews
- Existing conditions and as-built coordination
- ACC, Revizto and Revit workflows
- Supporting project delivery teams during design and construction phases
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong experience within BIM / Digital Engineering in construction or infrastructure projects
- Understand real project delivery and site coordination workflows
- Be confident leading meetings and coordinating stakeholders
- Communicate professionally with clients and project teams
- Have experience managing or reviewing asset and model data
- Be proactive, organised and solutions-focused
- Be reliable, accountable and able to deliver on commitments
- Work well within a collaborative team environment
- Take initiative and ownership across projects
Preferred Experience / Software
Experience in the following is highly regarded:
- Autodesk Revit
- Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Revizto
- Navisworks
- ISO 19650 workflows
- IFC coordination and model federation
- Asset information management
- Power BI or reporting workflows
